Ingredients:
20 quail eggs (boiled)
1 onion (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
A pinch of cumin seed
3 pcs dried chili (cut 1/2)
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
Oil
In a wok, pour oil and add cumin seed, dried chili, onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till soft and add tomato. Add the boiled and peeled quail eggs, then add curry powder, chili powder and salt. Lastly add sugar to balance the taste. Ready to serve. This dish is to be cooked without any water.

Sardine Curry
Today I have cooked Sardine Curry, I dont have enough time to chit chat here. Let's get direct to the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 can of mackerel
1 tbsp chili powder*
2 tbsp fish curry powder*
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tomato (cut into wedges)
1 onion (sliced)
3 garlic (cut into 2)
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tsp fenugreek seed
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Cooing method:
* Mix chili powder and curry powder with little water and make into paste.In a pan, pour oil and fry onion till soft and add curry paste until the oil separates. Now add in potato,tomato,garlic, curry leaves and salt, pour some water and let it simmer. Then add coconut milk and tamarind juice, let boil until the potato is cooked. Lastly add the sardine and let the gravy simmer. Ready to serve.

Chicken Sandwich
Wooo it has been so long since I have updated my blog. I have been extremely busy and didnt have much time to snap photos of the meals I have cooked. So many delicious dishes have been missed, anyway its okay I will upload the next time I cook the same dish. Now let's get to the recipe, I have prepared chicken filling wrapped in toasted tortilla. Very healthy meal indeed.
Ingredients:
Chicken (Kfc leftovers)
3 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Tortilla wraps
A pinch of salt
A pinch of ground pepper
Tomato (sliced)
Lettuce
Preparing method:
In a bowl add shredded chicken from leftovers, mayonaise, chilli sauce, salt and ground pepper and mix everything so that all the ingredients are well incorporated. Keep aside.
Take a toasted tortilla wrap, arrange lettuce and tomato then add required amount of chicken. Fold the tortilla and seal it. Ready to serve.
